Nationwide rebranding of Hisense visuals campaign The nationwide rebranding was a large-scale makeover. The revamped creatives were used in various digital and print advertising, social media, retailers, and company websites. Among other retailers and brand sponsors, this revised branding was applied to JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, BingLee, Costco, The Good Guys, BiRite, Retravision, the NRL, and the FIFA World Cup 2022. Rebranding the product display units, in-store displays, wall decals, plinths, light boxes, gondolas, wall bays, data strips, and various print and digital advertising materials for televisions, lasers, sound bars, refrigerators, laundry, and air conditioning categories comprises the biggest part of the project. 
Strategic planning Defined the objectives and goals of the rebranding initiative. Conducted market research and visited stores to understand the preferences and perceptions of the target audience. Created a thorough rebranding plan that included the budget, schedule, and parties involved.
Asset inventory and evaluation Compiled a list of all the existing visual assets across the nation, including point of sale, signage, marketing materials, digital assets, and any other branded elements. Assessed the available resources to determine what needs to be changed, replaced, or phased out as part of the rebranding effort.
Design and production Designed new visual assets using the revised brand platform. Gathered the feedback and approvals of cross-functional teams. Liaised with printers, manufacturers, and digital production teams to produce the new visual assets at scale while ensuring quality and consistency.
Implementation and rollout Developed a phased rollout plan to implement the new visual assets nationwide along with the visual merchandising team. 
Coordinated with regional offices, franchisees, or partners to ensure a smooth transition to the new brand identity. Monitored the implementation process closely and addressed any issues or discrepancies that surfaced.
